Shipping
Be assured that once orders have been made, it will be processed right away. Within 5 business days of the order receipt, the non-imprinted orders are aimed to be shipped. Windy City Novelties ship via UPS, FED-EX or USPS, and they require shipping charges on duties and broker fees from overseas locations. Speed up delivery process is available following two methods. The first one requires an expedited fee of $7.50 to put the order on a high priority list and is expected to leave the warehouse within 48 hours. Another method is the use of a variety expedited shipping or Air Freight options namely: UPS ORANGE (3-day), UPS BLUE (2-day), UPS RED STANDARD (next day afternoon) UPS RED EXPEDITED (next day A.M.) or FED-EX (same options as UPS). All of which require a more expensive shipment fees. These air expedited orders require signature upon delivery. Hence, the company is not held accountable for any missed packages if signature cannot be obtained.
Returns & Exchanges
If unavoidable events transpire, such as when the supplies were not precisely represented by the company in terms of description, color, style, packaging and the like, or if the set party was postponed, Windy City Novelties accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date received. A 10% non-expiring store credit together with the exact value of the returned supplies, exchange of goods or a refund of the amount via the same for of original payment may be the customer options for this matter. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping charges of unwanted or unused items, and if the items are retuned 30 days after the days received, the company has the right to refuse any refund/exchange.
