Shipping:
There are several types of shipping available in Vera Bradley are:
1.Economy Ground Shipping: It takes 10-14 business days with $8 price are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, within the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
2.Standard Ground Shipping: It takes 7-10 business days with $10 price are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, within the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Saturday deliveries will vary based on customer address.
3. Expedited and Express Shipping: It takes 3 business days with $20 price and takes 2 business days with $30 price (this includes processing time) Mon-Fri delivery only.
Shipping charges apply for each individual address. The shipping charge is based on the method chosen and the total of products being shipped to that specific location.
Returns:
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. They will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.
Returns over $500 without a proof of purchase cannot be processed. Purchases for resale will not be accepted for returns, regardless of the dollar amount. Returns must be prepaid, insured by the customer, and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
