Free shipping: Tommy Hilfiger offers free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more and free shipping on Kids’ orders of $75.00 or more. This promotion applies to deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States via standard ground shipping.
For your convenience, we offer flat rate shipping which is determined by your location and preferred transit time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Standard Ground shipping method: It takes 7-10 business days to deliver the product. It charges $7.95 as shipping service charges.
Second Day: in this shipping service it take 2-3 business days to deliver the product. For that it charges $13.65 as shipping charges.
Overnight: Overnight shipping means order will arrive next day morning so it takes 1-2 business days. It charges $19.95 as shipping service charge.
USPS 1st Priority: This type of shipping service takes 7-10 business days to deliver the order for this it charges $7.95 as shipping charges.
Tommy Hilfiger strive to ensure order arrives as quickly as possible. To make sure order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, order must be placed and payment must be authorized before 1PM EST. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. So it takes up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method. Note that certain items are excluded from overnight or Second Day shipping.

When you click Start A Return, follow the prompts to receive a printable, pre-paid shipping label. We will issue a refund, less $6 return delivery, to your original form of payment. To ensure your return is processed and refunded quickly, please include your unused items and the original packing slip with the reason for return form on the back of the slip fully completed.

Returning PAYPAL purchases by mail: All Tommy hilfiger purchases made via PayPal must be returned by mail only. At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges to Tommy Hilfiger stores. For your protection, we ask you choose an insured, trackable shipping method.

Returns to a TOMMY HILFIGER store: If you’d rather return your order in person, we’ll issue a refund for merchandise in original, unworn condition, with tags attached, within 30 days of shipment confirmation. Simply bring your items along with accompanying packing slip to any Tommy Hilfiger store and we will process your return on the spot.
Please note, Tommy.com items cannot be returned to Macy’s stores, and Macy’s will not honor price adjustments on Tommy.com merchandise.
