Most orders delivered to a TireBuyer installer can be returned free of charge for up to 45 days after delivery. The products must be at the installer’s location for pick-up.
For replacement orders, the customer is responsible for any additional installation fees.
Items cannot be returned if any of the following apply:
- Products were used off road
- Products have uneven wear or a difference of 2/32” between the grooves
- Products have been altered in any way (siping, studs, etc.)
The following products can only be returned if unused/never mounted:
- Winter Tires
- Motorsport tires
The following charges apply for returns:
- $7.50 per item for items dropped off at an approved FedEx location
- $15 per item for FedEx pickup
Warranty claims: Please consult the manufacturer’s warranty materials to ensure that your issue is covered. To make a warranty claim, please complete our online return form or call to (866) 961-8668.
Credits for warranty items may be issued to the original method of payment or via a paper check.
Damage claims: If your shipment arrived damaged, please complete our online return form or call TireBuyer Customer Service no (866) 961-8668. they will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing materials for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to TireBuyer.
