Shipping:
All U.S orders are shipped by federal express.FedEx SmartPost shipping delivered within 3-10 business days. FedEx ground shipping delivered within 1-5 business days. FedEx express Shipping delivered within 1-3 business days. Shipping cost is depending on product size and weight.
Extra $5 shipping cost for Alaska or Hawaii.FedEx SmartPost and FedEx Express shipping are the only available shipping options for Alaska and Hawaii. They did not provide the ground or next day air/overnight to Alaska or Hawaii. The shipping cost is depending on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts. Shipping process Monday to Friday and orders can take up to 1-2 business days. All U.S orders are shipped out at 5:00 PM PST via FedEx Monday through Friday. They do not ship orders on national holidays or weekends. Friday afternoon is considered the weekend. They cannot ship to APO/ FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

If you want to cancel or change the order, they can not do order cancellations and modifications. Customer service is available Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, they do not have international shipping.

Returns:
If you want to return the item, they offer a 30-day return policy. They cannot accept returns outside of the thirtytwo website. Items must include original tags or packing box, be unwashed, unworn/unused, and be free of smoke smell, pet hair, or cleaning product. If the warehouse finds your product not suitable for a return they will ship it back to you immediately and no refund. They did not offer an exchange only offer refunds. Free return shipping for all U.S online purchases from the thirtytwo online store. All U.S online orders come with a FedEx prepaid shipping label and address. Return the item with proper packing and write on Return Merchandise Authorization number. If your return package is damaged in transit due to insecure packaging you will be responsible for it and could affect your refund. Packages lost in transit are your responsibility so make sure you have the proper paperwork to make a claim.

Refund:
Once they have received your return order, your returned product will go through inspections. If inspections decide that your product cannot be returned back into inventory, they will ship your items back to you and no refund. Once your items have cleared inspections, you will get the refund within 5-7 business days.
Warranty Policy on Boots and Outerwear:
thirtytwo.com offers a 1 year warranty policy from point of purchase on all boots, outerwear purchased from our online store. outerwear items purchased from the 2018 season will have a 2 year warranty policy from point of purchase.
