Shipping Policy:
Standard shipping, Two day shipping, Next day shipping are the shipping methods. In this standard requires 3-7 working days and $7.95, two-day shipping requires $15 & 2 business days, next day shipping requires $30 and 1business day.Free Shipping on orders over $50. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Tracking Order:
Click on the Order Tracking link in the footer then enter your order number, billing last name and billing zip code after login, you will have an option to track the order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the UPS tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted by Superga within 30 days from the date of shipping. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Once your return is checked you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received and thereafter get another email confirming the refund has been issued.
From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your account. Usual turnaround time is 1 – 2 weeks from time shipped to when the refund is issued.
Exchanges are not accepted by Superga. By treating return as exchange they issue a refund for a valid return.
