Shipping:
STROLLER HAUS offers Free shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S. If you order under $99 will have small additional shipping cost applied at checkout. All normal U.S orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS, or UPS. They do not ship to other countries including Canada. They also do not ship to PO Boxes. Large furniture items have separate shipping fees.

They have to take average processing time is 1 business day, and all orders delivered between 5-7 business days. They do not give do not guarantee shipping times. After the shipping process, you will get mail with tracking number. If you need to know the tracking your purchase with the tracking number.
Express Orders:
They carry certain products which cannot be shipped outside of the U.S, include car seats with safety standards differing by country, as well as products with country-specific distributors.

Returns:
STROLLER HAUS providing 30 days time for returns. If you want to return the item, return within 30 days of the delivery date with a receipt. Item must be in an unopened and unused condition, with all original tags, manuals, and packaging. Car seats, Doc-A-Tot Docks are not accepting returns.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable. They do not provide a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will depend on the courier you choose, and the weight and size of the item. STROLLER HAUS will not be able to process your return without receiving your items, after receiving they will conduct a review of the item verifying it meets the return criteria. If the item does not meet the return criteria listed above and is not eligible for a return/refund upon inspection, the customer will be responsible for item pick up/shipping.
You must have a return authorization number to return an item. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Refunds must be made to the credit card used on the original order. If for any reason the original card cannot be used, a store credit will be issued. Clearance and Special Order items come with the full manufacturer’s warranty but are not returnable. 7-10 business days to inspect the product and issue your return. They will charge a non-refundable 10% restocking fee on all returns.
