Shipping charges:
If order cost is ($0 – $15) shipping cost will be $4.98.
If order value is between $15 – $25. They charges $6.95 as shipping charges.
If order price between ($25 – $40). Shipping cost will be $7.95.
If order cost is between( $40 – $60). Shipping cost is $8.94.
If order cost is between ($60 – $80). Shipping charges will be $9.98.
For order value between ($80 – $100) Shipping price will be $12.98.
For orders between ($100 – $150) Shipping charges are $13.96.
If order value is $(150 – $200). Shipping charges will be $14.98.

Return details:
If there are any damaged items inside a box which appeared undamaged please notify to Silky Scents by email within 48 hours & make sure to keep the entire box & contents for the carriers inspection. Failure to do so within 48 hours of your receipt of the damaged shipment will void any further claims for reimbursement. However they will not be able to replace damaged items by air services. If you find a wrong item/size/etc. Please notify to Silky Scents within 48 hours of your receipt of the order. Silky Scents will not be responsible for any empty/ filled bottle which breaks/explodes after receipt. When the bottles/jars left Silky Scents warehouse they were in sound condition & inspected for cracks/breaks. Silky Scents take great care in packaging fragile items in order to prevent their breakage while in transit to the customer. However sometimes products such as glass bottles/glass jars/ rigid plastic jars may develop hairline cracks during transit & when the customer fills them with liquids they notice that the jar/bottle may leak; this may be noticed immediately or within a short period of time. Should this occur, the customer needs to contact the carrier who delivered the package, initiate a claim & then notify us by email. Once the claim has been approved by the carrier They an proceed to replace the items involved in the claim.
