Rodd & Gunn offers free ground shipping for all US Orders. There are three methods of shipping. They are 1.Free Ground shipping, 2.Express shipping, 3.Overnight shipping.
Free ground shipping: Required 3-5 working days and ships via UPS.
Express shipping: Required 2-3 working days and ships via UPS for $15.
Overnight shipping: Required 1 working day and ships via UPS for $25.
International shipping: Required 7-10 working days and ships via UPS, and the amount calculated at checkout.
Rodd & Gunn currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal for payments. Tracking your order is by selecting the region and later giving of details.
Fully returns are accepted by Rodd & Gunn. Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery, with original tags attached. Returns can be done in two ways. First one is by using a return shipping label provided, and the second one is by your own return postage and drops it in nearest UPS location.USA Domestic returns are free of charge when using the pre-paid return label provided. If the returns are for international or outside the US then the customer is responsible for any shipping charges along with any import fees, duties or taxes.
Exchanges are also accepted by Rodd & Gunn. If you get the damaged product then after inspection there is 100% chance of exchange, within 30 days of original purchase. If you would like a different size or color, please send your order back for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size/color.
