Magazine subscriptions are shipped to you by the magazine’s publisher. the delivery of your first issue depends on the publication frequency of the magazine you ordered. generally, publishers ask that you allow:
Weekly magazines: 4-6 weeks
Monthly magazines: 6-8 weeks
Seasonal or less-frequent magazines: up to 12 weeks

If you find that within the first three months of placing your magazine or journal subscription order that you are not 100% satisfied – for any reason – let us know and we will gladly give you a full, prompt refund. after three months, if you find that you no longer wish to receive a magazine or journal, we will be happy to provide a refund for any unserved issues. please note that we do have a select number of journal subscriptions that are not refundable due to publisher restrictions. these journals have messaging regarding refunds listed on their product page.

Applicable refunds are issued in the same method as original payment. debit/credit card refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days of cancellation. check/money order refunds will be mailed within 10-15 business days of cancellation.
Gift cards are non-refundable. but, we do offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all magazine subscriptions. if you are not satisfied with your magazine subscription, we will be happy to switch your subscription to a different magazine at your request.
