Shipping:
Free shipping on Order over $50. If you order below $50 they will charge $5 shipping fee. 48 states, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, fall under the international shipping policy. They can deliver the item to your home and work address anywhere in the United States.
They do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any specific instructions for delivery, please include. Deliveries within the U.S. require a signature and will not be left if there is no-one available to receive it. To view, the status of a domestic order to visit the DHL website and enter the tracking number, which will be emailed to you in your despatch notification email.
If you are not available to accept delivery, you will receive a courier card with details about your parcel’s location and how to arrange for its collection. Online purchases have 365 days for returning from the original purchasing date. Item must be unused and have original packing and labels. You must pay the return shipping fee. They don’t have an exchange offer. If an alternative product is required, you will have to place a separate order for this. You will pack the item securely original packaging with all labels.
