Watches: JR DUNN is offering most expensive watches. The brands available in this store is chopard, g-shock, gucci, michele watches, Philip Stein, rolex, tudort tag, heuer and watch Accessories.
Shipping method:
When you make an order of jewelry from J.R.Dunn Jewelers they will take more security for your products because the all items in this store is expensive so they invested money in making sure it gets to you safely and securely. That’s why every necklace, bracelet, ring, earring, pin and brooch is shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). And they need an adult signature upon delivery. If Items in-stock at J.R. Dunn Jewelers will arrive within two 2-7 business days. When your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive email notification with a tracking number. With this tracking number you can track your order till it reach you. But packages to Russia is different like they can be deliver items to business addresses only. Residential addresses will not accept.
International orders shipping cost may be depends on customs fees, import taxes, duties or other government-imposed fees. If an international shipment is refuse you will get total refund of item cost. For high end jewelry they are proving another shipping method because the item are very expensive at cost so if any item is miss or get damage company will get loss so they are using armored transportation.
Processing a Return:
STEP 1:Return with merchandise approval RMA number if you want to get RMA number Contact JR DUNN store through email or with your account dashboard to request for approved RMA number. If in case they receive any items return without RMA number they will not accept it and they will return it to sender address. The RMA will expire in 14 days so with in 14 days from delivered date customers should return the product.
STEP 2: Send item to JR Dunn along with all all packages like envelopes, copy of the packing slip, RMA number, order number and original packaging. If you have any diamond certificates you may get $250 replacement cost.
STEP 3: After receiving item will be reviewed by quality assurance department to check signs of wear, have security tags removed, have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged. If any one above they find in item it cannot be accepted.
If product value is less than $500:
Shipping carrier of customer choice Be sure to ship your item fully insured, in a box and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached.
If product value is more than $500:
Customer should Ship your package via US postal service registered mail, in a box, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached.
