Gaiam.com ships to addresses in the United States, U.S. Territories, and U.S. military installations. Shipments may be shipped by a variety of carriers, shipping rates will vary. FedEx is our primary delivery method but Gaiam.com may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. Orders are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. FedEx is unavailable to the following destinations: U.S. Territories, U.S. military installations and P.O. Boxes.
For oversize/bulky orders, shipping rates may vary. Gaiam Customer Service will contact you to provide a shipping quote for approval (or you may call 1-877-989-6321).
Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated based on the weight of the products being shipped.
Because some large items are bulky and heavy, Gaiam cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, Gaiam has added a delivery surcharge; this charge is stated in the product’s description and is in addition to regular delivery charges.
Gaiam goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
Freight Truck (LTL) delivery:
Gaiam work with a variety of shipping companies to ensure the delivery of your order at the lowest cost to you! This is why your order was shipped via Freight Truck (LTL) instead of carriers like USPS, FedEx and/or UPS
Gaiam wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. Gaiam hopes you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, please contact customer care, within 30 days of your purchase, at 877-989-6321 or email@example.com so that Gaiam can make it right.

Fill out the return info on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Download a copy of the return form.
Want to exchange it? Let us know what you want within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll ship replacement products free – even if you add more items to your replacement shipment! (Oversize shipping charges may apply)
Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. Gaiam encourages you to ensure your package.

Since Gaiam warehouse has moved, please do NOT use any prepaid return labels included in your shipment. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns.
Please allow 14 days to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Gaiam will credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges and UPS Return Label return charge if you choose this option. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.
Within 30 days of purchase, Gaiam will refund the original form of payment for online and phone purchases. Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.
Any returns after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
