About company
Ful have a bunch of things that bring us joy: the perfect pair of denim, Monty Python, eating at Gus’… but two things make us ecstatic… designing bags and listening to music. Yes, life would be boring without bags and bass guitar.
We specialize in bags, backpacks and travel gear. Period. Ask us about tension straps and back-paneling, or maybe the capacity of a split-case duffel, we will talk your ear off. We may even get a little emotional. Our motto is, “Create quality bags with a fashion edge.” We want you to feel just a little cooler using our gear.
Like Elvis, barbeque, and the blues, ful was born in Memphis, Tennessee. And as we continue to grow and evolve, there is one thing that remains constant – ful’s commitment to providing our customers with the most unique and dependable bags out there.
ORDERS & SHIPPING:
All orders generally take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order.
We currently are offering Free standard shipping to the united states only.
We do ship to APO and Post office boxes (standard shipping only).
Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. If your order does not ship or encounters any delays we will contact you by email. Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.
Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door.)
Standard shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days. Any order received after noon Eastern Time will not process till the next business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery or expedited shipping.

RETURNS:
If you are returning unused merchandise, it must be returned in the condition you received it – with hangtags attached and inside the original packaging – within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Should you need to return your merchandise, please contact [email protected] or call 888.239.4392 to obtain a return authorization. You can also call Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your return once we receive the item. All returns should be sent to us postage or freight prepaid. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling costs may be incurred Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than ful.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
