WINTER SPORTS
Campmor’s retail store carry’s a large selection of snowshoes from basic to advanced. Campmor Snow Sports department also carries gear specific bags, helmets, goggles, poles, snow tubes and other ski accessories.

TENTS
The goal is to put you in the tent (or tents) that suit your year-round camping needs and your budget, from ultralight backpacking to luxury family camping. Campmor has a huge selection of backpacking tents for you to choose from set up in Campmor store. From March through September, they display 20-30 family tents, canopies, and screen houses. Campmor backpacking tent department is up year-round with 25-30 tents (more in the summer). Campmor also carry all the tent accessories that are on www.campmor.com as well as in Campmor catalog. The difference is that experienced staff will be there to help and advise you. So if you are in the neighborhood, please feel free to stop in for a visit.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Customer satisfaction is the goal. All merchandise in unused condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, they will exchange or repair within 90 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your Campmor sales receipt and invoice. After 90 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.
When returning merchandise to Campmor, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Enclose the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair. they will return ship via surface delivery.
Campmor will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise.

REFUNDS
If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issues a refund check sent under separate cover.
