aquatica offers a free next day shipping. Shipping cost is based on your ordered item. For Bathtubs – $249 / per order, Lavatories, basins, towel warmers – $99 / per order, Outdoor and bathroom furniture – $149 / per order, Hot tubs and hot tub size bathtubs – $399 / per order.
Returns & Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your ordered item you may return within the 30 days. returns are accepted when the item having the original packaging with all original accessories and parts. Then the company team will refund the price of the product after they have inspected the goods and confirmed its condition. Any bath item that has been willfully damaged, scratched or painted to make it look like if it is defective, neglected, modified or repaired shall be shipped back to the customer at their expense and/or no refund will be issued. All opened, unsealed returns are subject to a 25% percent restocking fee. Final sale products are not returnable and not refundable. Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery. After signing for and accepting your item “in a good condition”, you are responsible for all damage claims.
